Our Basic Home Concierge Membership is the based on the foundation for our whole Concierge concept. We want homeowners to have the peace of mind, reliability, and convenience of having one trusted source for all their home maintenance, repair, or renovation needs. This membership offers our core services which are focused on routine maintenance, making all your home-realted project simpler and less stressful by managing the process for you (we schedule and bill all projects), and by guaranteeing the workmanship from when we walk out the door (90 days).

- $115 Service Call: HVAC [why is this higher?]
- $95 Service Calls: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances
