Fixed rates on additional services:
- $129 for 2 Hours Handyman Service, $55/hr overage*
- $135 Service Call: HVAC*
- $85 Service Calls: Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance*
Additional Specialty Services:
Customer may request additional services including regularly scheduled maintenance (AC filters, light bulb replacement, sink and toilet maintenance, etc.), carpet cleaning, janitorial services, pest control, window cleaning, exterior or interior remodeling, etc. These services will require firm estimates.
*Fine Print: Handyman rates include travel within service area. Materials not included. Must be used in 2 hour minimum increments. Service Calls include travel + first hour. Materials not included. Does not include Emergency Calls.
Annual Membership: $499 per location
