We have taken great care to create a Complete Care Home Maintenance Visit that covers the most important areas of the home that require routine maintenance.  Our Premium and V.I.P. memberships* have Home Maintenance Visits included in them - Premium's get them annually, V.I.P.'s get them quarterly.  Please review the detailed list below of the services included in this visit:

HVAC Maintenance

• Replace return filters
• Clean A/C coils
• Clean condensation line

Appliance Maintenance

• Clear dryer vent
• Clean refrigerator coils
• Clean range hood filter
• Maintain garbage disposal
• Check washer hoses

Garage Door Maintenance

• Lubricate tracks and wheels
• Check / adjust travel
• Lubricate opener chain

Sink and Toilet Maintenance

• Clear sink and tub drains
• Check / replace aerators and flappers

Visual home Assessment

• Assess the home for possible problems and structural / cosmetic damage

* Note: V.I.P. Members receive four (4) maintenance visits per year - certain items (such as cleaning the dryer vent) are not needed four times a year.  We have split the services up according to their required frequency.
