No. It would be unthinkable not to give the same high quality service and respect to all our members.  However, the higher membership levels (Premium and V.I.P.) recieve priority scheduling, and our V.I.P. Members have a dedicated concierge contact to make the process simpler and more customized and personalized.  When it comes to a project being undertaken, every customer - no matter the Membership level - recieves the same top-quality providers and our shining customer service and support every time.  A job will never be performed resulting in anything less than 100% customer satisfaction.
