All members who have opted for the Retainer Option on their membership (regardless of level) has a dedicated concierge contact at CHORE Masters. In the following conversation you will see just how great this feature is:

Concierge: "Hello, this is [insert Concierge name here]. Howe can I help you today?"

Customer: "Hi [Concierge], I have a some cracked tiles from my husband dropping his bowling ball in the foyer. When the ball fell it smashed the tile then rolled over and broke our floor-to-ceiling window too.  It then rolled out the window and crushed my new geraniums and I just had them planted."

Concierge: "Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that.  I will make sure we get the tile fixed, the glass replaced, and some new flowers in there for your as soon as possible.  I will get these projects started with the CHORE Masters operations department right away and if we need any more details we will let you know.  Do you have a time that would work best to get these scheduled?"

Customer: "I am available [insert available times] this week."

Concierge: "Great! I will get this going for you, and since you are a customer on Retainer you will be receiving priority scheduling.  We will talk with our providers and get back to you shortly to verify scheduling.  In the mean time I suggest blocking up the broken glass with something to keep critters out and possibly confiscating your husband's bowling ball before it does any more damage. He can use one of the ones at the bowling alley."

 

That was a real conversation we had (just kidding). But if that were to happen, we could handle it.  One call to your Concierge and he or she would handle it from there, even if it involved multiple service providers.
