In February of 2011, a water pipe burst at the home of one of our members.  CHORE Masters responded immediately by sending out a representative, whose help was ultimately needed for the entire weekend.  Without a Home Concierge Membership, the cost to the homeowner for such a service would have been nearly $1000.  Instead, at no charge, CHORE Masters shouldered the weight of the situation, alleviating the homeowner’s stress and sticking with the job until it was resolved to his satisfaction.
