Austin, TX, November 4, 2011 -- CHORE Masters, Austin’s leading provider of comprehensive home concierge services, announced today that the company has signed a licensing agreement for two territories in the Greater Austin Area.

“This is obviously an exciting day for CHORE Masters. In less than three years we have developed an entirely new service offering for the housing industry, and been able to expand the concept to allow entrepreneurs to start their own business”, said Jeffrey S. Jackson, Founder and CEO of CHORE Masters LLC. “We chose a licensing model because I felt it was important to focus on delivering a quality service while maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with the licensees. The reality is that our licensees (business owners) are really the people building a clientele and delivering on the daily services, and by providing a flat monthly licensing fee as opposed to the typical % of total sales (often associated with franchising), was more incentive for the licensee to grow their business. Maybe even purchase additional territories.”

CHORE Masters started delivering routine home maintenance services in 2009. The goal was to not only provide routine maintenance to the home, but also offer a concierge service that homeowners could rely on. In March of 2011, CHORE Masters launched their Home Concierge Memberships, which include pre-paid handyman hours, complete home maintenance visits, unlimited access to service providers (screened and managed by CHORE Masters), 24/7 Emergency Support, and HOMEFAX (for VIP Members Only). CHORE Masters is now opening licensed locations through out all of Texas, focusing on Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Another pilot location in the Philadelphia area is tentatively scheduled to launch in early December of this year. By the end of 2012 CHORE Masters expects to have more than 15 locations in multiple regions.
